Number Sense to 20 with Counting on strategies

Classifying objects by properties, such as, color, texture, and shape.
Announcements
Guided Reading Groups have begun. Please make sure your child reads each night and return the books each day. If a child does not return their book from the night before, they cannot take home another book. The cost to replace each book is $5.
Fundraisers are due this week.
*This Thursday your child needs to bring a stuffed animal to school for a Science Project. We will discuss its properties.
Conference Time: 8-8:45AM
Snacks – Please send your child with a healthy snack daily
Fridays are College Spirit Days
Absences – You can electronically report an absence on our school website. Please note that this does not notify me. If you are able, please e-mail me or call the classroom to leave a message letting me know if your child will be out. Thank you!
Mark Your Calendars! – Friday, October 23rd first grade will go on their first fieldtrip to the Texas State Capitol! More info to come in October!
